Best Winter Trips 2012 -- National Geographic
Among the 10 beautiful scenery picked by the editors of National Geographic, I actually liked this one more than others. This one I picked is the Namibian coast. As you know, I was a big fan of everything related to marine biodiversity. And in Namibian coast, there actually got some guided tour to the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon, which was an isolated marine sanctuary.Besides, you can also visit to the Walvis Bay Lagoon famous with thousand of greater and lesser flamingos. What more exciting was you can also kayak out with the dolphin to the seal colonies in Pelican Point.Well through the article, the thing which caught my attention was the large but hardly accessible national park, Sperrgebiet (“forbidden territory”).There are only limited and permitted guided tours are available to the specific park sites in the national park like the 180-foot-tall rock arch at Bogenfels.
