Best Winter Trips 2012 -- National Geographic
Among the 10 beautiful scenery picked by the editors of National Geographic, I actually liked this one more than others.This one I picked is the Namibian coast.As you know, I was a big fan of everything related to marine biodiversity.And in Namibian coast, there actually got some guided tour to the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon, which was an isolated marine sanctuary.Besides, you can also visit to the Walvis Bay Lagoon famous with thousand of greater and lesser flamingos.What more exciting was you can also kayak out with the dolphin to the seal colonies in Pelican Point.Well through the article, the thing which caught my attention was the large but hardly accessible national park, Sperrgebiet (“forbidden territory”).There are only limited and permitted guided tours are available to the specific park sites in the national park like the 180-foot-tall rock arch at Bogenfels.

I have something to share
Today, I learn something valuable which is we must respect to the old ones.Yes, everyone must already learn this important fact in school but you will not realize what is this meaning if you not get involve in the real thing.Through one of today incident, I finally realize I will get old one day and we shouldn't be rude with the people older than us.My neighbour is a very generous person.She is already an old woman but she always puts a smile on her face whenever I see her.I wanted to give her back the pan and bowl she used to get some food for us everytime she cooking something in big number.The problem is sometime she does not hear what we talk about because as you know, old people can not listen very well.But, today I learn how to be patient and treat old people with respect.My neighbour does not hear me so I just run to her house and hand out her pan and bowl together with a thank you.You know this small action could make people around us happy include my old neighbour too.
Cherish your moment with your family
Today is what a suck.You know I have to watch my father get angry because of the damm many things putting on the old wood shelve he actually build for us a long time ago.He starting to smash thing and get frustrated and you know that we actually lost a lot of good stuff that can be be recycled.In addition, I still have to "collect" rocks due to the collapse of my back of the house's floor.And I just don't know what going into my brain, I just keep on housekeeping the whole house making it clean and tidy.Ohhhh.....no no no not just that I talking about, I even go to "arrange" some sand my father tend to use as the material to fix for the floor.With the pain in my back, I mean my waist is in pain, I think it maybe burn out some of my fats which I don't want to me and my brother, we scoop the cement in a pail and we actually go back and front for about...many rounds.And again after this I still don't know what going upon on me, I continue to sweep my house kitchen's floor and included my bedroom.After sweeping the floor, I still continue my work to mop the floor.But finally I manage to get myself one nasi lemak for encouragement.In conclusion, ahhhhhhh...what a day!!!
Finaly, I really want to say this.Even I get pretty tired today, but, I love my family.Even this is a bad moment with my father but not everyday is a bad day.Sometimes there got some great moment in our life.I really love my family and I cherish every moment I can spend with my family.

No thank you from K-On
I like this ED from K-On, can be said one of the famous Japan animation.And also through this animation, I just fall in love with the rock music and rock band.Well, the story for this animation is not so bad too.At first, it is about 4 young girls who revive back their high school k-on club since it is going to be terminated.It is the first year of their high school and they already perform in their first high school cultural day(kind of).Well, their first performance can be said as successful but the story becomes more and more interesting when they study in their high school for the second year when another girl form year one agrees to play as a guitarist in their band, Ho-kago Tea Time which this name of their band is named by their club's advisor, em.... I forget about her name already but one thing for sure is she is a female teacher in the school.Ok, after the girl from year one has entered their band, their life in the band can be said Boom form that moment.They not just playing for the new student ceremony but also again second time performance in the cultural day in the school.And what stealing my attention in the animation is they even go for a vacation during their summer school holiday in some magnificent places like when they first enter the school at year one, they actually go to the beach and next the second year they still go for the same beach but with the arrival of their new band member.But, for the third year the 4 girls study in their school, they actually go to summer day in the jungle of a mountain where there will be numerous of band coming here to perform.Uh...I think I suppose to jump to the character introduction better.
Yui Hirasawa
She is kind of a charming girl.I kind of love her characteristic shown in the animation.She is cute, an active girl and very cheerful, kind like the person I want to be(but I not kind of person).She is the guitarist in the band.At first, she enter the k-on club because she thinks that if enter this club, it would be very relaxed.But, oh my she just very good in playing guitar, god knows she actually can play guitar very well and she even names her guitar.
Ritsu Tainaka
Ah, she is the drummer in the band.Man she is hitting the drum like a man.Strong but gentle plus soft, I mean when she playing the drum.She is also a very active girl and very cheerful too, but, sometimes she also can get heart broken by her childhood sweetheart.I remember once her best friend ever, Mio Akiyama, em...everyone just call her Mio.But, of course Mio is a friend which will not leave her friend all by herself.Mio of course still treat Ritsu as her best pal of all and they all are beat friend forever again.(I not very sure there are any scene related of what I talk about Ritsu and her friend.
Mio Akiyama
She is a very shy girl but she can communicate very well with her 4 other friends in the band.She plays as the bass guitarist in the band.She is very popular among the school students beacause there are once she and the 3 friends when Azusa has yet not entered the band perform for their first cultural day in the school and she kind of...uh...hehe...She accidentally shows her underwear in front of abundance of students in the school hall because of the wire in the stage.
Tsumugi Kotobuki
Oh, she has a long hair and a very iconic eyebrows.Her eyebrows is also imagined by Yui as carrot strips to be eaten.She is the pianist in the band and because of her tea and desert she brings along with her everytime after school, their band's name, Ho-kago Tea Time is established.Undoubtedly, her family background is way too nice that her father actually own a whole bunch of shop included a music instrument shop which Yui buys her guitar.Not excluded the pretty cool mansion her family own in the beach.
Azusa Nakano
She is the fifth girl to enter the band and she is one year smaller than the other 4 girls.Yui also names her as Azumiow because she is so cute when wearing the cay hairband.She is also the guitarist like Yui and I can't say who is the best guitarist but for me I think both of them are the best.She agrees to play guitar in a same band as the 4 girls because of the performance she sees when the 4 girls first perform for the new students ceremony.
So, this is just the simple explanation about the story and the character of the animation and I am so sorry because of all the grammar mistakes in the article(I also don't know this is an article or not).

...My first blog is like this...
Actually, I want to make this blog to become the world famous environment sharing station, but I think it will not come true. Yes, I have a dream, always, but not all will really come true as some of the dream require some skill and talent to do it. But now, I think of another way to perform this dream in the form of writing, which is writing kind of a blog novel of me about what I think all the time so far. Now, maybe no one will going to see my blog, but, I trust it will some how draw some attention. So, I will spend my holiday time try to write some story.

Eysenck Test Results
This test reflects the ideas of Hans Eysenck a pioneer in the field of personality research. Through research and statistical analysis he determined that personality is composed of three main elements: Extroversion, Neuroticism, and Psychoticism. Most current researchers agree on the significance of the first two traits, but there is less consensus on the third (so he may be wrong about it's central importance but it clearly plays some role in personality). Most people will score lower on Psychoticism. While Psychoticism implies more negative qualities than the other two traits (typically), a link has been found is several studies between higher creativity and higher scores on Psychoticism.
Here are your results on each dimension:
Extroversion results were moderately low which suggests you are reclusive, quiet, unassertive, and private.
Neuroticism results were moderately high which suggests you are worrying, insecure, emotional, and anxious.
Psychoticism results were moderately low which suggests you are, at times, overly kind natured, trusting, and helpful at the expense of your own individual development (martyr complex).
Prior to Eysenck's discovery of Psychoticism, he correlated his original two traits (introversion and neuroticism) with an ancient greek personality system known as the Galen types (Melancholic, Choleric, Sanguine, Phlegmatic). Below is a plotting of your introversion and extraversion scores on that map.
| Extroversion (sociability) | |||||||||| | 40% |
| Neuroticism (emotionality) | |||||||||||||||| | 67% |
| Psychoticism (rebelliousness) | |||||||||| | 33% |

My EQ test result -- I have plenty of spaces to go and to improve a lot on my emotional control
Your Score: 36 |
35 - 44 |
| You have slightly above average EQ - with room to grow! You are likely sensitive to the emotional climate of the people around you - your peers, friends, family and key clients. You are well aware of the effect your behavior has on others. Still, while you may be adept at tuning into others and their needs - you must remember your own! Don't be afraid to honestly communicate these difficult needs and feelings. The world is well stocked with martyrs - it doesn't need any more! Think also about your passion for work (or whatever constitutes your main roles in life - manager of people, doer of tasks, 'meeter' of clients' needs, etc). We spend countless hours in our given roles - sometimes without much joy or satisfaction. In the process we become tranquilized by the trivial. Sedated by the small details of life. Sure, the laundry needs doing, the groceries need getting, the kids need chauffeuring, the deadlines must be knocked off, but we also need to stop and remember what gives us great joy and meaning. If we fail to remind ourselves (on a regular basis), we risk becoming hostile and cynical. We lose our purpose. And this translates to a diminished ability to be effective, at ease and fulfilled. Areas to work on: Ask yourself: - What situations generally create tension and stress for you? How are you handling these situations? - What negative thoughts play over and over in your mind on a regular basis? Are these a true picture of reality? - Are you afraid to share your needs and feelings with others? Is it because you are taking care of everyone else - being a martyr - or acting 'the strong, silent type'? What 3 things give you the greatest meaning in your life? If you work on gaining clarity in these areas, you will move toward maximizing your full potential and finding greater effectiveness, happiness, and fulfillment in your life. As William James said: I have no doubt whatever that most people live, whether physically, intellectually, or morally, in a very restricted circle of their potential being. They make use of a very small portion of their possible consciousness... much like a man who, out of his whole body organism, should get into the habit of using and moving only his little finger... We all have reservoirs of life to draw upon, of which we do not dream. |

Previous research argued that being overweight and 'apple shaped' greatly increased the risk of heart disease.
This method uses the "waist-to-hip" ratio and compares the distance around the hips and waist to measure what is known as central obesity.
It can tell if someone is "apple shaped - with a bulging middle - or "pear shaped", with a narrower waist and fatter hips and bottom.
Others have suggested concentrating on a measurement of the waist alone.
But this new study, which looked at 220,000 people over almost 10 years, found that all three measures indicated risk of heart attack or stroke.
The study was led by Professor John Danesh from Cambridge University and concluded that none of the measures on their own improved the prediction of heart disease, especially when doctors could also assess other warning signs like blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Writing in the Lancet, Professor Danesh said: "Whether assessed singly or in combination, body-mass index, waist circumference, and waist-to-hip ratio do not improve prediction of first-onset cardiovascular disease when additional information exists on blood pressure, history of diabetes, and cholesterol measures."
The study was funded by the Medical Research Council (MRC) and the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

How to Make a Solar Oven
- Find two boxes. One should fit inside the other with a 2- to 3-inch space on each side. (This can vary slightly - the space will be filled with newspaper.)
- Line the bottom of the large box with crumpled newspaper.
- Place the smaller box inside the large box.
- Fill the space between the sides of the two boxes with crumpled newspaper.
- Line the sides of the inside of the smaller box with aluminum foil. You can use a non-toxic tape or fold the edges of foil over the top of the box to hold it in place.
- Line the bottom of the inside of the smaller box with black construction paper to absorb heat.
- Lay a piece of cardboard on top of the large box and trace the shape of the box onto the cardboard.
- Add 2 inches around the trace line and cut out to make a reflector.
- Cover the cardboard piece with aluminum foil. Smooth out any wrinkles and secure the aluminum foil to the cardboard with non-toxic glue or tape.
- Staple the reflector to the outside back of the large box.
- Situate the oven with the box opening up and the reflector facing the sun for maximum heat.
- Place food to be cooked in the solar oven. (See "How to Use a Solar Oven," under Related eHows.)
- Stretch clear plastic wrap across the top of the large box. Secure the plastic with tape around the entire box.
